Shipments

All orders placed before 16:00 on working days will be shipped the same day. We ship the packages with PostNL. PostNL offers the package the next day after receiving the shipping confirmation. Not at home? PostNL offers the package a total of 1 time, also to the neighbors. After this delivery attempt, the package will be delivered to the nearest collection point in your area. You can see which collection point this is via the track & trace.

Shipping costs:

There are no shipping costs charged for orders to the Netherlands and Belgium.

International shipments:

The shipping costs for international shipments are €35,- + €5,- per kilogram. The shipping costs will be calculated at the checkout.

Returns

All orders may be returned within 14 days. You can return your package via this link:

Please note! The costs for the return shipment are for your own account. The amount for the return shipment is €6.95. Also clearly state your order number on or in the package so that we know who returned the package. If you do not do this, we may not be able to refund because we cannot link the return to an order number.

When the product is used, returns are no longer possible. Make sure you pack the package securely so that nothing can go wrong during shipping.

Once the return has been processed, the purchase amount will be refunded within 4 working days via the payment method you used.

Tip: Please keep the tracking code email or note until your return has arrived and been processed.
